The online booking system we use is called Citybreak from Visit Group. The destination company Visit Vesterålen has its own Citybreak license and we have therefore chosen to have online booking through them, so that we are bookable both on our own website and on visitvesteralen.com.

Only Akvakultur i Vesterålen and Visit Vesterålen have access to your name and contact information of the activity product you have ordered from us. This information will be used for handling your booking (change/cancellation of your booking) and may be used in market research from the mentioned companies.

The contact information on our bookings will automatically be anonymised 14 days after the ordered activity has been completed.
